You've Got Questions

What Do You DO?

Bakin' Whoopie designs and creates insanely gorgeous and delicious cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for weddings, corporate events, graduations, bar/bat mitzvahs, and other special occasions.

Do you have a storefront?

Everything I do is custom made to order, so having a storefront would take time away from those orders, in order to stock shelves. I prefer to give all my attention to my fabulous custom order clients!

Is there a minimum order?

Made-to-order custom cakes require a lot of thought and time; for this reason, I do have a minimum order of 25 servings (two tiers) for cakes, and full dozens for cupcakes.
Simple buttercream cakes start at $4.50/serving
Simple fondant-wrapped cakes start at $6.50/serving.
Cupcakes start at $34/dozen
Decorated cookies start at $36/dozen
Final price is dependent on how elaborate the design is. Think Parts & Labor.

Do you deliver?

Yes! For those who can't pick up from Bakin' Whoopie HQ in Towson, Maryland, our delivery person will travel within a 40 mile radius, and is based on mileage. We regret we are unable to ship cakes or cupcakes.

How much lead time should I give?

Ideally, as much time as you can. I've booked weddings over a year away! The usual comfort zone is at least 2 weeks ahead of your event.

How do I order?

First, fill out a contact form by clicking below so we know what you're looking for. I'll reply as soon as I can get my hands out of the buttercream.

We'll chat about ideas you love, become BFFs, and then I'll design something amazing for you while you choose from the flavor list.
Then I'll work up an order form for you to approve, and once it's OK'd, we do an electronic deposit of 50% to confirm your purchase. This non-refundable payment (Zelle, Venmo or Paypal) covers up-front costs and secures your spot on my schedule. I can also take credit cards; there is a convenience fee for this service.
On the due date, the balance is due when you take possession of your cake, either at pickup or delivery.
